Delivery

GIANT GAMES FOR SALE - The most important part of our delivery policy is that there is no delivery charge on purchased items, this is included in the price you see, so no annoying additional delivery charges at the checkout! All our  PURCHASED Garden Games, Outdoor Games and Traditional Games have FREE delivery. There may be an additional charge for non Mainland and Scottish Highlands addresses so please check with us if you are in one of these areas, however we will advise you if there is any additional charge before the goods are despatched.

We can deliver some of our lighter and smaller items worldwide but please email for delivery charges before ordering.

GIANT GAMES HIRE may have additional delivery charges, if you are local to us we can deliver or you can collect from us. If you live outside our area then we normally arrange delivery and collection via Courier, the cost for this will vary depending on the games required as it is calculated on weight.

Most of our Garden Games, Outdoor Games and Traditional Games are kept in stock and therefore can be despatched very quickly, depending on the weight and size they are either delivered by Royal Mail or Courier.

In most cases someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the item, if this is not possible please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help with an alternative arrangement.

In stock items are normally despatched within 24 hours after receipt of order, some of our larger Garden Games and Outdoor Games  are sent direct from the manufacturer and this may take up to 5 days.

If for any reason there is going to be a significant delay in you receiving your Garden Game we will inform you straight away.
